ITINERARY:
Day-01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Meet, assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel. 
Day-02: Delhi - Darjeeling
Transfer to airport to connect flight for Baghdogra. Meet upon arrival and transfer to Darjeeling -04-hrs drive. Amongst the hill station of India, Darjeeling has had a chequered and curious history of its own. 1830 had established most of the now known hill stations of India. Darjeeling was ruled first by the Rajah of Sikkim, then by the Gaurkha of Nepal, who invaded Skikim in 1780 and the again reverted back to the Rajah proxy East India Co. Darjeeling quickly developed as an important trading centre for tea plantation. Overnight hotel. 
Day-03: Darjeeling
Sightseeing of Darjeeling visit: Himalayan Mountaineering Institute: two kms. from town one could take a pleasant walk from the mall towards the Raj Bhawan Palace. HMI is one of the premier school of mountaineering in the world and imparts training in climbing to students all over the world. The institute is situated in the Birch Hill Park and is about half an hour walk from the mall. It has a museum containing an intensive collection of historic mountaineering equipments, fine specimens of Himalayan flora and fauna. Himalayan Zoo: Adjacent to the HMI lies the zoo, which has the most exotic breed of high altitude fauna. The Himalayan Black bears, Red Panda, the Siberian Tiger and a host of exotic birds, etc. It houses the famous snow leopard breeding centre.Overnight hotel. 
Day-04: Darjeeling - Pemyangtse
Early morning we will get up before dawn and drive to tiger hill to see the sunrise on Kanchenjunga. Return to hotel for breakfast. Late morning depart for Pamyangtse - 06-hrs drive. Overnight hotel. 
Day-05: Pemyangtse - Gangtok
Morning visit monastery and depart for Gangtok - 05 hrs drive. Overnight hotel. 
Day-06: Gangtok - Kalimpong
Morning sightseeing of Gangtok visit: Rumtek monastery, Tibetan refugee centre and institute of Tibetology. Afternoon drive to Kalimpong - 04 hrs drives.Overnight hotel. 
Day-07: Kalimpong - Phuntsholing
After leisurely breakfast we return to plains along the main road through Assam to reach the Bhutan frontier at Phuntsholing. Overnight hotel. 
Day 08 : Phuntsholing - Paro
A magnificent drive through forest & over the hills to Paro valley - 06 hrs drive. 0vernight at hotel. 
Day 09 : Paro
Sightseeing of Paro visit: Kyichu Jhakhang, national museum, Drukyel Dzong & Rimpung. Overnight hotel. 
Day 10 : Paro - Thimpu
After breakfast depart for Thimpu, the capital of Bhutan - 03 hrs drive. Afternoon visit golden Spired memorial Chortan and Tashichho Dzong Overnight hotel. 
Day 11 : Thimpu - Punakha
Depart for Punakha - 04-hrs drive, the capital of Bhutan untill 1955. Afternoon we shall either visit the monastery in Punakha Dzong or the one In the Tashichho Dzong, as the monks commute between the two, and visit is normally only allowed when the are not in residence. Overnight hotel. 
Day 12 : Punakha - Paro
Drive through a drier land landscape to Wangdiphrodang. After a good look Around Wangdiphrodang we continue to Paro valley. Overnight hotel. 
Day 13 : Paro - Delhi
Transfer to airport to check in for Spectacular flight back to Delhi via Kathmandu. On arrival meet at airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel. 
Day 14 : Delhi - Onward
Farewell dinner at Delhi followed by departure transfer for return flight.
