Day-01: Arrive Culcutta
Arrive Calcutta. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon free at Leisure. Overnight
hotel. |
Day-02: Culcutta - Bhubneshwar
Transfer to airport in time to catch flight for Bhubaneshwar, meet
assist at airport and transfer to hotel. |
Day-03: Bhubneshwar
After breakfast full day sightseeing of Bhubaneshwar visit: The Lingaraj Temple,
Vital Dual, Museum and Dauligiri. Return to hotel for overnight stay. |
Day-04:
Bhubneshwar - Puri
Sightseeing of Jagannath Temple known
as the "White Pagoda". A few kilometers from Puri is Konarak, a former centre
of orissan Buddhism, an active port, now silted and in ancient times a centre
for sun worship. |
Day-05: Puri
- Chilka Lake
South of Bhubaneshwar, along the coast is Chilka Lake,
a 1100 sq. km. Shallow inland sea, separated from the Bay of Bengal by a sandy
ridge. The lake has an abundance of fish and Shellfish. Migratory birds spent
winter here. Overnight hotel. |
Day-06: Chilka
Lake - Puri
Day to explore surroundings of the Lake. |
Day-07: Puri - Bhubneshwar
- Calcutta
Leave Puri after early breakfast for Bhubaneshwar. Transfer
to railway station to catch overnight train for Calcutta. Overnight in train. |
Day
08 : In Calcutta
Arrive Calcutta early morning
& transfer to hotel. After breakfast visit Eden Garden, High Court, Jain Temple,
Victoria Memorial, Race Course & Shantiniketen. Overnight hotel. |
Day
09 : Calcutta - Darjeeling
After breakfast transfer to airport to catch flight for Baghdogra. Drive
to Darjeeling. Overnight hotel. |

10 : Darjeeling
Full day sightseeing
of Darjeeling visit : Himalayan mountaineering Institute, Himalayan zoo, Tibetan
refugee centre and tea Gardens. Overnight hotel. |
Day
11 : Darjeeling - Pemyangtse
Early morning we will get up before dawn and drive to tiger hill to see th esun
rise on Kanchenjunga. Return to hotel. Later morning depart for Pemyangtse. Overnight
hotel. |
Day
12 : Pemyangtse - Gangtok
Morning
visit famous Pemyangts4e Monastery and depart for Gangtok. Overnight hotel. |
Day
13 : In Gangtok
A full day sightseeing
tour of Gangtok Visit : Enchay Monastery, Flower exhibition, Handicraft centre,
Institute of Tibetology & Namgyal Chorten. Overnight hotel. |
Day
14 : Gangtok - Baghdogra - Calcutta
Leave
for Bagdogra, arriving in time for flight to Calcutta. On arrival meet and transfer
to hotel. |

15 : Calcutta - Onward
Day free till
